Our company charges a basic rate of $100 per hour per engineer. We sell a maintenance plan for $500 a month per 10 computers. This maintenance plan would cover all of your companies computer and networking needs. We would monitor your network and computers and proactively correct issues before they occur. This type of partnership is good for both of us. The customer knows thier bottom line for computer support every month and our company has residual income.
When a "break fix" company does work on your computers, they only want to fix the problems that you have. They want you to have other problems so that you will call them back and spend more money with them.
With our monthly maintenance agreement, we make sure that everything is working perfectly all the time so that we dont have to come on site. And the customer likes this method becuase thier equipment is always up and running or at the very least they have a minumum of down time.
